Our preschool program at Stepping Stones Child Development Center offers an academic approach, implemented by experienced teachers, to cater to the needs of children. Within each classroom, a developmentally appropriate curriculum is planned to promote learning potential and the overall growth of your child. Two Years

Children are introduced to letters, colors, shapes, sizes and numbers through art, songs, music and tracing. We are a center-based program that focuses on sharing and social skills. We will potty train your little ones if needed when they are ready.

Three Years

All children are guided through our effective learning program that specializes in the needs of each child, focusing on math, reading and writing skills, as well as large and small motor skills. Each child is encouraged to use their imagination while exhibiting their talent in each area.

Four and Five Years

We use the highest quality methods to give your child the head start they need at a kindergarten level. With our effective instruction program, they will enter kindergarten with the full knowledge of everything that is expected of them.

From letters and sounds to writing, numbers and counting, your child will learn what is needed for their school years and beyond. We also focus on special environmental influences such as community helpers, recycling, weather, earthquake preparedness, etc. Each week we work on themes and concepts to encourage their learning.

Zoophonics

All children are offered this age-appropriate phonics program that makes reading and writing fun. Our teachers ensure that your preschooler receives the personalized attention they need to effectively prepare them for kindergarten.
